How Much Do You Cost?
Our fee is tailored to each individual event, taking into account factors such as location, set-up/finish times and set length. Please contact us for a quotation.
How Do I book Arabella For My Function?
If you would like to make an enquiry or have any other questions, please click here to contact us via phone or e-mail and we will get back to you asap. To secure the booking we kindly ask for a 25% deposit and for this to be paid at least 2 months before the date of the event. We generally ask for a BACs transfer or cheque as its the most convenient method for our clients but if you would prefer to pay this amount in a different way then please just let us know and we'll sort it.
What Equipment Will You Supply?
We supply are own PA rig, suitable for rooms up to around 200-250 people. If a larger system is needed, we can supply an external PA rig and sound technician for an extra charge that can be discussed with us.
What Time Do You Arrive To Set-Up?
For an evening event we normally arrive around 5pm and it takes around 1hr 30 to set up and soundcheck. We are happy arrive earlier if this would be more suitable and this can be discussed with us.
How Long Will You Play For?
Typically, we play two sets of 50 minutes, with a 20 minute break in between. This works best for most clients, but we are happy to tailor our performance times to your event so this will of course be considered and discussed when the booking with us.
I Would Like A Song Played That Isn't In Your Set List, Is This Possible?
Yes certainly, we appreciate that there may be a song that you would like played especially for your event. We offer 1 request of your choice and this can be placed anywhere in the set list. For example, if you wanted a specific song for your first dance. These will need to be confirmed when the deposit is payed. If you would like further requests in the set, we are happy to discuss this with you but it will incur an extra charge.
Can You See Us Perform Beforehand?
The majority of our performances are at private functions or events, so therefore to respect our clients privacy we can not invite our own guests. We do however have example tracks on the website which will give you a good idea of how we perform and sound.
Can You Play Some Background Music For The Evening?
Yes of course, we can supply live background music that we feel fits the occasion. Please not that this is at extra cost. Alternatively, some of our clients prefer to play their own selection of music from a laptop or an iPod. In this case, we will arrange for the music to be put through our sound set-up, at no extra cost. Just let us know your preferences before the event.
What If I Want To Cancel My Booking?
We appreciate that circumstances may change and a booking may need to be cancelled. If this is the case we are a happy to give a full refund on the deposit but we do ask for at least two weeks notice before the date of the event.
